I ordered my usual size, but the shirt ended up fitting way too big. i blame myself a bit for trusting the size chart without double-checking reviews first, but the sizing really isn’t accurate at all.

I tried to do an exchange it was way more confusing than it needed to be. It dragged on forever, and at a certain point I was just like, give me a break. Something that simple shouldn’t take that much time or effort.

"Not a lot to choose from"
I was really expecting the shop to have more Keeneland gear, but the selection was small. A lot of the stuff kind of looks the same too, so nothing really caught my eye.
I was just trying to find a simple hoodie and maybe grab a gift, but the sizes was limited and a few colors I wanted weren’t even available. It made the whole shopping thing more frustrating than I expected.
The site itself is easy enough to get around, so that part was fine. But the merchandise options needs more work, and I ended up leaving without buying anything
"Something felt a little off"
I’m not totally sure this is the real shop. The branded items looked okay at first, but something about them felt a bit questionable, like the details weren’t quite right. I can’t say for sure, but it definitely gave me a weird feeling.

I tried using the discount code, but it never worked. I ended up wasting extra time double-checking it, re-entering it, and trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong, which was frustrating.

"Return was fine, but slower than I’d like"
The return went through in the end, so no major complaints there. It just took longer than I personally think it should, and I had to follow up once to keep things moving. Not a bad experience overall, but I do expect returns to be a bit more straightforward and quicker

"Shipping took forever..."
I ordered from Keeneland Shop the shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking, but it just sat there with no updates for days, which was frustrating. By the time the package finally showed up, I didn’t really need it anymore... so that kind of defeated the purpose. I might order again someday, but definitely not if I needed something by a certain date..

Getting my refund took forever, and the whole process had way too many steps. I kept having to check back for updates, which made it even more frustrating than it needed to be.

I liked a few of the items, but the shipping cost made the whole order feel way higher than I expected. I got kinda annoyed once I got to checkout, honestly. Wish they had a cheaper option for smaller stuff, becuase it made me second guess the order...

I don’t usually make a big deal out of order issues because I get that delays happen, and I was mostly just trying to figure out when my package might show up. I checked the tracking, gave it a little time, and then finally messaged customer service thinking it would be a quick question. After a few days, I still hadn’t gotten any real answer, so I had to follow up more than once. That’s what made it frustrating. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a basic update, but the replies never really helped...

Using the site was annoying. Pages took forever to load, and when I got to checkout it felt like there were way too many steps for something that should’ve been simple. I kept getting confused about what to click next, and by the end I was just frustrated.

"Checkout was a fun little nightmare"
I was just trying to buy a hat, which you’d think would be straightforward, but apparently not. The checkout page kept spinning forever, then my cart randomly emptied itself. I re-entered my info twice, because I guess that’s how I wanted to spend my time, and still never got an order confirmation. Super helpful. I eventually gave up.

I was frustrated when my order showed up. The box felt super flimsy, there was barely any padding, and the item had clearly been sliding around inside the whole time. The corners were crushed too. For the price I paid, I expected it to be packed with a little more care, but it kind of felt like they just didn’t take it seriously.

"Order Wasn't Even Close to Right"
I ordered a specific Keeneland shirt in the size and color I wanted, but what showed up was just completely different. It was the wrong size and not even the color I picked, so I couldn’t really use it at all.
I went back and checked my order confirmation, and it clearly shows what I selected. It’s just frustrating to wait for shipping and then open the package to find the wrong item. Not sure I’d order from keenelandshop.com again.

i mean, I was disappointed with the shirt I ordered from keenelandshop.com. The material felt really thin and kind of cheap, and after just one wash it already looked worn out. The print also didn’t look as nice in person as it did online. For what it cost, I expected a lot better. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from there again.
